Samantha Paulson, SHRM-CP
Hi, I’m Samantha Paulson. My journey to becoming a mobile notary, wedding officiant, and soon-to-be certified life coach started with a simple but powerful goal: to support people through life’s most meaningful—and often overwhelming—moments.
I began my career in finance, guiding clients through important paperwork with care and precision. Over time, my path led me into human resources, where I spent nearly a decade helping people navigate change, growth, and transitions. As I pursue my Master’s in Psychology and complete my life coach certification, I’ve deepened my commitment to serving others with empathy, emotional intelligence, and a personal touch.
Whether I’m notarizing documents in a hospital, helping families through end-of-life planning, officiating heartfelt weddings, or soon offering life coaching sessions focused on clarity and personal growth, my mission remains the same: to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and truly supported.
On a personal note, I recently married my wonderful husband, Jared, and we share our home with three spirited dogs who keep life full of love and adventure. Based in Michigan, I’m honored to serve my community with professionalism, compassion, and a genuine love for helping others through all of life’s chapters.
