Hi I’m Samantha Paulson. My journey into notary services, wedding officiating, and wellness began with one simple purpose: to help people navigate life's most meaningful moments with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care.

For more than a decade, I've built my career around supporting people through important transitions. As a Human Resources professional, I've had the privilege of helping individuals through career milestones, life changes, and challenging moments. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that how we show up for others can make all the difference.

Today, I bring that same people-first approach to every service I provide. Whether I'm notarizing important documents, officiating a wedding ceremony, or guiding a calming yoga practice, my goal is to create an experience that feels personal, seamless, and supportive.

My passion for helping others continues to grow as I pursue my Master of Social Work (MSW). This next chapter reflects my commitment to serving people through a compassionate, trauma-informed, whole-person approach to well-being. Every step of my journey is rooted in the same mission: helping others feel seen, supported, and empowered through life's biggest moments.

Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my husband, Jared. We've been married since 2024 and are excited to be welcoming our first baby as we begin this new chapter together. Along with our three energetic dogs, our home is filled with love, laughter, and plenty of adventure. These experiences remind me that life's most meaningful moments—both big and small—deserve to be met with presence, kindness, and care. It's the same heart I bring to every client, every ceremony, every signature, and every interaction.
